Top 10 – Fake Teeth in the movies

Sometime a  set of teeth can make all the difference in making a character truly come to life, a lot of the time a set of teeth is teamed with a wig and some strange eyebrows, but it is the teeth that usually grab your attention.

Christopher Walken as the Headless Horseman (with head restored of course), he has my favourite ever scary teeth, filed to points and ready for snapping fish like Gollum.

Mike Myers as Austin Powers, an obvious choice but his teeth are at least 60% of what makes Austin Power funny.

Jonah Hill in The Wolf Of Wall Street, his pearly whites are as obnoxious as his character, perfect.

Robert Pattinson in The Rover, he was trying really hard to ditch his pretty boy image after Twilight and these teeth look like they would smell, so its working.

Tilda Swinton in Snowpiercer, she is never afraid to change her appearance and she is almost unrecognisable here.

Charlize Theron in Monster, sometimes bad teeth (and lack of eyebrows) can get you an Oscar.

Jared Leto in Suicide Squad, sometimes bad teeth (and lack of eyebrows) can win somebody else an Oscar.

Matthew McConaughey in Mud, mid McConaissance, we know we can treat him seriously because he has imperfect teeth.

Amy Adams in Catch Me If You Can, you forget she is in this movie, the braces make her young and innocent, obviously.

Johnny Depp in many movies. If they is one actor who loves a wig and fake teeth combo, it is Johnny Depp.

Bonus Round – actors I always think are wearing fake teeth but aren’t.

Denzel Washington

Ron Pearlman

Melissa McCarthy
